Brookfield Residential Headquarter Relocation | Oakton, VA 
Office Building | Highlight: Verity conducted market studies and strategic needs analysis. We provided lease negotiation and cost modeling that combined leasing costs, construction build-out, furniture, and IT into the total cost of occupancy. Brookfield moved in ahead of schedule and under budget.
Intercell Smart Vaccines | Gaithersburg, MD
Medical Office Building | Highlight: Verity's staff worked with Intercell throughout their entire business cycle performing tenant representation and construction management services. We assisted in structuring a sublease to prime lease that saved Intercell over $2.5 million over the remainder of its lease term.
Northern Virginia Periodontics | Falls Church, VA
Size/Type: Medical Office | Highlight: Verity built lease versus purchase models that compared cash flows and investment returns for numerous scenarios. Using this information, Verity negotiated with our tenant's landlord a lease renewal at a lower rental rate. This resulted in a 35% savings in occupancy cost for the practice.

Size/Type: 175,386-sf Laboratory | Highlight: This phased project expands a health science campus in the Maryland I-270 Bio-tech corridor. This project is planned to contain wet laboratories and is a significant addition to the Shady Grove Life Sciences Center.

Size/Type: 85,000-sf Repositioning Project | Highlight: The research facility renovation and repositioning project included new exterior upgrades, two-story lobby, shared conferencing, shared break area and balcony. Before the renovations were completed, the building was 89% leased.
Agricultural and Biotechnology Center | Research Triangle Park, NC
Size/Type: 60,000-sf Research Facility | Highlight: This two-story research greenhouse and laboratory facility includes Evaporative cooling, rainwater collection systems, head end laboratories, and mechanical and process material storage. Verity performed site development management, BIM planning, and cost and quality control.
Alexandria Center for Science & Ag Tech | Research Triangle Park, NC
Size/Type: 165,000-sf Laboratory/Office Facility | Highlight: Verity’s services included site development management, BIM planning, and cost and quality control. The building uses a flexible design to meet base building requirements that allows for future installation of laboratory HVAC equipment.
UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center | Chapel Hill, NC
Size/Type: 2,600-sf Cell Therapy Center | Highlight: The project includes clinical laboratories, environmental rooms, six class-10,000-clean rooms, and support spaces. Verity’s services included preconstruction and construction management, BIM planning, and cost and quality control.
National Institute of Health, Center for Chemical Genomics Laboratory | Rockville, MD
Size/Type: 87,000-sf Laboratory | Highlight: This build-out project was accomplished using intensive BIM modeling. At times, minute-by-minute utility shutdown coordination was required to minimize disruption of ongoing cGMP operations of existing tenants. The project was constructed on schedule in 10 months.

Size/Type: 80,000-sf Data Center | Highlight: An outdated, AT&T switching station was converted into an 80,000-sf co-location and disaster recovery data center. Build-out services included preconstruction and construction management and cost and quality control.

Size/Type: 54,000-sf Office | Highlight: Within 0.5 miles of Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station. Verity mobilized an investment team by leveraging existing relationships before the building was formally put on the market. At purchase, the property was 78% leased. Within six months, Verity raised occupancy to 95%.
OrthoVirginia | 13350 Franklin Farm Road, Herndon, VA
Size/Type: 24,000-sf Office and Ambulatory Surgery Center | Highlight: The deal included a lease renewal, with OrthoVirginia requiring the purchaser to fund construction upgrades. Verity’s medical construction experience contributed to lowering operating expenses by 12% and the tenant’s successful construction and move-in.
