Verity Commercial assisted British Scientific Consultancy Company, Nerudia, in establishing its first U.S. office at Reston Town Center. Mara Conners of Verity Commercial represented the tenant, Nerudia, in the deal. Nerudia is a fast-growing international company and its growth in Reston is expected to continue aggressively.
