Oyku Hanna of Verity Commercial, announces the successful sale of a retail property located at 131 Fort Evans Rd NE, Leesburg, VA, for $9M. The +45,900-sf free-standing building, previously home to Wolf’s Furniture, has been acquired and is planned to be transformed into a grocery store.

 

“This deal was particularly challenging due to the complex zoning requirements of the property,” said Oyku Hanna of Verity Commercial. “Finding the right buyer who could meet these zoning conditions was crucial, and we are thrilled that the buyer saw the potential to repurpose the space into a grocery store that will serve the Leesburg community.”

 

Built in 2012, this property is adjacent to Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets and offers a strategic location in the heart of Leesburg. It benefits from high visibility from the Leesburg Bypass and is easily accessible from Edwards Ferry Road and Market Street.
