Landlord, Schupp Companies, welcomed new tenant, Settle Down Easy (SDE) Brewing to their retail center in Merrifield – just minutes away from the Mosaic District. Mara Conners, Ellie Bechtle, and Barbara Bechtle of Verity Commercial offered landlord representation advisory services. The brewery was represented by Jennifer Burke of Long & Foster’s Commercial Division in Tysons.
