Verity Commercial welcomes Mark Sidorczuk, AIA, LEED AP, CPHC to its growing team. Mark brings over 19 years of experience in the design and construction of both base building and interior projects related to data centers, multifamily, senior housing, higher education, and office buildings in the Washington, DC metro area.
“Adding Mark’s diverse background, experience, and skills to Verity’s project management team continues to strengthen our portfolio and resources,” says Herm Diebler, Verity’s co-Founder. “We’re thrilled to have Mark join Verity.”
Prior to Verity, Mark was technical director at Streetsense with a primary focus on retail, restaurants, and experience places. Mark has a deep understanding of multifamily having renovated over 800 units for The Arcadia Group part of the Hampstead Companies. Mark also has extensive experience in the architecture and planning industry, including 10 years at Grimm & Parker Architects.
Mark has a Master of Architecture from The Catholic University of America, is a Certified Passive House Design Consultant, a member of American Institute of Architects, and licensed architect in Maryland and Washington DC with a LEED AP certification.
