Verity’s Bioprocess Innovation Center project in North Carolina wins the 2016 AIA North Carolina Design Award

Congratulations to the Bioprocess Innovation Center project team, especially Clark Nexsen Architects, for recently winning the AIA North Carolina Design Award.

 

Verity Commercial’s development management services for this project included complete site development management, BIM planning, cost and quality control.

 

The Bioprocess Innovation Center is a three-story, 61,547-square-foot build-to-suit research and manufacturing facility in Research Triangle Park, NC. The facility includes cell culture, fermentation, cGMP, pilot and analytical laboratories. The building infrastructure has centralized laboratory gas, reverse osmosis water systems, and an energy-efficient, dedicated outside air system (DOAS) HVAC system.
