Verity’s DC Multifamily Project Nears Completion

Construction is nearing completion at the West Half project in Southeast, DC – a 665,000-sf multifamily residential building with views of the National’s stadium, Capitol Building, and Washington Monument.

 

West Half celebrated its topping-out party this past summer. The anticipated project completion is late 2019/early 2020. Verity’s project management team is working with JBG SMITH and HITT Contracting on the project.

 

About West Half

West Half is a multifamily residential building next to Nationals Park with 465 units and about 65,000-sf in retail and restaurants. Features include greenspaces, a fitness center, and a rooftop area with a pool and tenant lounge overlooking Nationals Park.
