The Collection Project Shows Off New Look

The Collection in Chevy Chase has a whole new look. The Chevy Chase Land Company reconceptualized the space to open up the center with inviting public spaces and walkable streetscapes including greener spaces, greater seating options, increased outdoor restaurant seating, and a new tiered plaza.

 

The Collection plans to debut its new look on June 22 at the Summer Spotactular event. The family-friendly event will feature train rides, a rock wall, face painting, moon bounces, a petting zoo with pony rides, food, and a DJ and dancing.

The Collection in Chevy Chase is a mixed-use redevelopment and repositioning project. It features restaurants, fountains, walkable streetscapes, outdoor amphitheater, and new building facades.
