Paul Bandauski Joins Verity’s Growing Development and Construction Team

Verity Commercial, a multidisciplinary commercial real estate advisory firm, welcomes Paul Bandauski to Verity’s expanding development and construction team. Paul joins Verity with over 10 years of experience working on data center, healthcare, and office projects.

 

“Paul is an important addition to our team as we continue to grow our expertise throughout the Chicagoland area,” said Leo Hoerdemann, Verity’s Chicago Regional Manager. “We’re excited to add Paul’s experience and knowledge as Verity builds a stronger team to better serve clients.”

 

Paul has successfully managed daily activities of tenant improvements, new construction, and renovations and has overseen multiple fast-track projects for high-profile clients throughout the US. His project experience includes data center construction and data hall fit-outs as well as several renovation and new construction projects for Northwestern Medicine and Northshore University Health System in Chicago. Currently, Paul is helping NTT, Aligned, and Stack Infrastructure in Chicago with the construction of two hyperscale data centers projects.

 

Paul has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology, Construction Management Concentration with a Minor in Business Administration from Illinois State University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and an AIC Certified Professional Associate Constructor Level 1.
