Verity Commercial Appoints Ryan Saulsbury to Lead Pacific Northwest Operations

Verity Commercial, a Virginia-based development and construction management, brokerage, and investment services firm, appointed Ryan Saulsbury as Pacific Northwest Regional Manager. Ryan will focus on expanding Verity’s development and construction management capabilities and expertise into the Pacific Northwest mission critical, data center, life sciences, and urban mixed-use markets.

Ryan has nearly 20 years of project and construction management experience. He has managed over $3 billion in mission critical, data center, and healthcare projects. Currently, Ryan is supporting T5 Data Centers with their expansion in the Pacific Northwest and supporting projects with NTT Global Data Centers and Stack Infrastructure in Hillsboro, OR. Prior to Verity, Ryan was responsible for an annual revenue of $230 million and an operations team of over 60 team members.

Ryan has a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from West Point. Ryan attended US Army Flight School and served as Captain in the US Army.
