Verity welcomed the following team members:

 

Chandler Coston is a data center project manager with experience in navigating the fast-paced environment of data center projects. His diverse experience includes managing a $200M interior data center build-out in Lithia Springs, GA, overseeing the MEP underground and interior scope for a $380M data center in Atlanta, GA, and supporting multiple data center and build-out projects across the US.

 

Yolanda Lucas is an accomplished real estate office professional with over 20 years of administrative experience.  As part of the support staff team, Yolanda uses her versed background in commercial real estate administration combined with customer relations skills to provide operations, finance, and technical support to reach Verity’s goals.

 

Aidan Flaherty has 9 years of industry expertise as an experienced project/construction manager in highly technical, mission critical infrastructure. His project experience includes the successful completion of multiple complex data center buildouts in Aurora, IL and a new construction facility in Chicago, IL.

 

Thomas Anderson is an experienced project manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. He has experience in the data center, mission critical, telecom, aviation, and transportation markets.

 

CJ Grish is an experienced project manager with extensive experience leading teams in mission critical environments. His expertise includes a diverse portfolio of projects within technology, hospitality, government, and base building sectors. CJ’s key areas of proficiency include preconstruction, project management, construction management, and project schedule.

 

Neil Brown, LEED GA is an experienced project manager working in dynamic business environments, across multiple regions, for over 25 years. He has been instrumental in the successful completion of projects totaling over $14 billion.

 

Kevin Petrill is an accomplished Project Manager with a 20-year background in the industry. He has led numerous successful projects nationwide. Notably, he oversaw a $300M hyperscale Data Center project on the West Coast and a $110M project in Atlanta, GA.

 

Mark Hetrick, CQM, LEED GA  has 10 years of experience and is an experienced project and MEP manager. He has led complex teams in the successful completion of projects from design through final acceptance. Mark has worked with some of the largest technology companies in the world including Google, Intel, and Apple. Other project experience includes biotech and microelectronic manufacturing facilities, hospitals, courthouses, correctional institutions, and civil projects.

 

Matthew Critchlow is experienced in data center construction management and critical facility operation & maintenance. Additionally, his experience as a superintendent and project manager included directing a diverse portfolio of ground-up data centers. He has managed over 50 projects annually from concept to completion.

 

Justin Traenkle is an experienced strategic advisor and internal leader for Fortune 500 and pre-seed startups. Justin brings a people-centric approach to technical problems for clients. Focused on network optimized solutions, Justin seeks win-win opportunities that can increase the long-term potential of portfolios and partnerships for clients.
