Verity’s Senior Living Community Opens in Great Falls, VA

Verity Commercial celebrated the grand opening for The Residence at Colvin Run development at 1131 Walker Road, Great Falls, VA. In attendance were local officials, including Dranesville District Supervisor John Foust and Great Falls Citizens Association President, Bill Canis.

 

The project was a collaboration of Verity Commercial (Project Developer), IntegraCare (Operator), Bognet Construction (General Contractor), Architecture Incorporated, Buvermo Investments and INDIE development. The Residence at Colvin Run is a 62-unit senior living community in Great Falls, VA. The luxury community offers assisted living apartments and memory care residences. The project broke ground in April of 2021 and officially opened on September 29, 2022.

 

The grand opening event took place in the beautifully appointed clubroom and courtyard area that showcases the community’s amenities such as the demonstration kitchen, fitness center, art studio, beauty salon, and a theater room with a 11 ft screen.

 

“This was a day to celebrate the completion of such a beautiful community. I think the Great Falls community will be impressed with the sophistication of the property.” said Herm Diebler, Co-Founder of Verity. Diebler continued, “We developed the community in partnership with our operating partner, IntegraCare and it came out spectacular. The facility is designed with ultra high-end finishes to complement its surroundings and provide residents with a luxury cottage-like feel.”

 

The Residence at Colvin Run offers assisted living, memory care and respite living in a gorgeous setting and it offers top notch amenities and activities. IntegraCare’s news release stated that they are ready to serve Great Falls and the surrounding areas in an impressively designed upscale facility.

Fairfax Now reported, the community will likely bring more than 50 jobs to the area and fills the need for senior housing in Great Falls.

 

The community features the latest IT technology and security systems, state-of-the-art pathogen control technologies, community-wide Wi-Fi, covered porches, thoughtful architecture, fitness, an art studio, a theater, and multiple dining venues, including an open-hearth brick oven, providing residents with variety and choice.
