This data center project consists of an 18 MW buildout of an existing core shell and is owner-furnished contractor-installed (OFCI). The facility’s design has a Bandwidth on Demand (BoD) of 6N/5 distributed redundancy. Verity offered project management services that included scheduling, quality control, preconstruction, construction, closeout, start-up and commissioning.

Verity performed project management services for the new 223,000-sf, 36-mw hyperscale data center shell and interior in the Chicagoland area. Verity managed the design, budget, permit process, and construction phases of the project.

The data center is conveniently located close to several major fiber providers, O’Hare International Airport, and the city of Chicago. It offers low-latency connectivity to many Midwestern regions. Verity performed data hall fit-out project management services for the14,000-sf, 2-mw tenant space.
