With 9 years of industry expertise, Aidan is an experienced project/construction manager in highly technical, mission critical infrastructure. His project expertise includes data centers, multifamily/student housing, commercial, and recreational industries.

His project experience includes the successful completion of multiple complex data center buildouts in Aurora, IL and a new construction facility in Chicago, IL.  In addition to this, Aidan has demonstrated proficiency in mission-critical projects, estimating, cost management, change orders, monthly budget reporting, and monthly project forecasting.

Prior to joining Verity, Aidan was an assistant project manager for a full-service construction management and general contracting company engaged in all aspects of project phases.  He was responsible for the profitable management of $100MM of work in place and inspected work in place for MEPFP systems for company projects across six states.
