John Ganssle is a seasoned construction project manager and Owner’s Representative with a decade of experience in commercial construction and development. His portfolio includes managing projects with budgets ranging from $3 million to $400 million from early entitlements through contract negotiations to final completion.

He’s worked through diverse combination of commercial real estate construction projects including Class A multifamily, retail, urban mixed-use spaces, data centers, all the way to BSL3 high containment facilities, and has collaborated with the DC area’s premier developers, architects, and contractors over the course of his career.
