For over 25 years, Leo Hoerdemann has successfully managed preconstruction and construction projects in the data center, technology, life science, healthcare, industrial, multifamily, retail, education, office, and adaptive reuse industries. Leo has been responsible for the oversight of several projects throughout the Chicago area including a 223,000-sf, 36-mw hyperscale data center in Itasca, IL, a $60M, 240,000-sf corporate headquarters and data center in Tinley Park and the campus improvement project at Rush University Medical Center.
Leo’s career includes Project Executive at Summit Design + Build and 11 years with Power Construction as Senior Project Manager. Leo has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Villanova University. He received a PSP (Planning and Scheduling Professional) certification through AACEI, a LEED AP (Accredited Professional) certification through the USGBC, and he is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
